Who are you and how do I know I can trust you? Teachers-Take-Away is run by two practising primary school teachers based in Lancashire. We have been trading from our own website for over a year and prior to that through ebay. You can view our ebay feedback here. Where do you get your products from? Most of our stock is sourced from the USA and Canada, as there are few manufacturers in the UK. Whilst our products are of the highest standard, pleas note that certain items may contain American spelling variations. Can I order through school? Yes: We are more than happy to accept orders placed through school. All items ordered will be despatched with an invoice for payment within 28 days. Simply download our order form and email it to us. Do you charge extra for postage? Yes: Whilst there is a charge for postage we do endeavour to keep this cost as reasonable as possible. Please refer to our P&P page for more details. Can I pay by Credit/Debit card? Yes: We accept secure payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment, you are given the option of paying by credit or debit card. I would like to place a bulk order, do you offer discounts? Yes: If you would like to place a large or bulk order, please contact us with your requirements. How will I receive my goods? If you have ordered physical items from our shop they will be sent first class by Royal Mail. We try to despatch all items within 48 hours, however, please allow upto 5 working days for delivery. If you ordered our instant download resources we will send a confirmation invoice and download link to the email address you provided. This email is sent upon notification of payment and in most cases will be with you in less than 5 minutes. If you have not received an email please check your junkmail. If you still have not received your download link, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. Please note that all our instant resources are in PDF format.
Will my download links expire? Yes: Your download link will be valid for 7 days and you may use it on 3 occasions. Please remember to save the file to your hard drive/flash pen. I've downloaded my items but some of them are in zipped files, how do I open them? If you have Windows XP or Vista then you should be able to right click on the file and select 'extract all'. If you do not have this facility then you can download WinZip. Run the file then use it to extract your resource files. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for the WinZip download - which is freeware. You install at your own risk (I have it installed on my machine ;-)).
I sent you an email but you haven't replied! At Teachers-Take-Away we strive to offer you a first class service however, please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your email. We have planning and marking to do too!

What happens to my personal information when I register or purchase through your site? Any information provided by you as part of our registration/billing process is for Teachers-Take-Away use only. We do not pass on any information to third parties in any way, shape or form!
On (rare) occasions we may e-mail you with an update on our free resources or special member offers. If you would like to un-register from our site, please contact us and we will remove you from our records.
Can I return items and how do I do it?

Terms of Service
If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products, you may return the items in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund (this does not apply to our digital downloads). We would be grateful if you could include a brief note stating the reason for return to; Teachers-Take-Away PO Box 552 Langho Blackburn BB2 9FF Please note: We do not accept responsibility for return postage.
Subject to availability we aim to dispatch all physical orders within 48 hours. Postage will be first class. However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. All resources offered as digital downloads are copyright of Teachers-Take-Away and may be reproduced for personal use only. Under no circumstances may they be used for commercial activities.. All Files are in PDF format (except where stated) and are often zipped to reduce download times. Please ensure you have an unzip facility before you purchase. Upon confirmation of payment a download link will be emailed to the address you provided. This link will be valid for 7 days and will allow download upon 3 separate occasions. Please remember to save the file. If you have not received an email from us within 30 minutes it is likely that the email address you entered was incorrect. Whilst we will try to resolve this issue, please allow 24 hours for an e-mail reply. |
